Summer Moleskine: Recycling Day

There’s nothing quite like growing up environmentally conscious to make you feel guilty just for being alive. Except, I guess, growing up religious. I was spared that, luckily. I recycle, as much as anything, to keep my conscience from screaming at me. If I’d been raised Catholic, I’d be going to confession every week instead.

But then I feel bad because people at the recycling plant have to sort through my refuse. I just can’t win.

Is that paper bag from Roundy’s?

  3. Diana Nock says:

Well, it’s from Rainbow, which uses Roundy’s as its store brand. It’s the main grocery store I go to around here.
